My husband and I stopped in a couple of weeks ago at short notice after realizing we were short some minis for our Pathfinder game the next day and we happened to be in the area. We walked in during the prime Warhammer time, and were disappointed to find the aisles for minis were pushed together to make space for it. That is, until we spoke to a staff member who kindly shifted the setup so we could look and managed to find a couple of minis to fit just what we needed for our missing PCs! They also took the time to find glue for a mini we'd picked up elsewhere that was less expensive and more widely applicable than the one my husband had initially grabbed. Needless to say, we're going to be coming back! It's worth the drive to get there.

Store has a history of employees being rude to pokemon customers. Employees come off as disrespectful when asked to pull out a box to look for cards. I recently saw them kick out a young man playing pokemon for saying 1 explicit word with out warning. Granted, he should not have said that, but the magic the gathering players in the store at the same time were saying explicit words and were given several warnings. No matter the game every paying customers should be treated with respect and not be u dermined. I wish i could this was a reality for this store. Other wise MTG collection is extraordinary. And has a wide variety of Pokémon collectables. Great store for product, just wish its employees were as amazing as the product.
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Events here are always fun and love seeing everyone at the various conventions and GTs they support. Always worth the drive from CT to show support to a store who supports the overall community and keeps our hobby alive and well.
