When one of my pre-ordered item never arrived I reached out to find out the status. No longer available chaos let me know my options and we’re super fair and helpful. They over exceeded my expectations and when I asked why they stated they are gamers just like us and wanted everyone to be able to play and enjoy themselves! I did end up getting a different item and they shipped fast and overall very thankful for their approach. I’ve been on both sides of customer service and this is how it should be handled. Thanks pps

**Review is for the online experience not in person shopping** Waited just under 6 weeks for my "in stock" order to arrive. Wish they would have a different term for items not on hand they have to acquire from a distributor. Prices are comparable to other online retailers, sometimes a little better sometimes a little worse. Packing was acceptable. Gift cards expire kinda quickly in my opinion only being 1 year. It was mentioned in the description of the listing but it's still quick. Overall I wish 2.5 was an option because it's not amazing but it's not a scam. Just keep in mind it'll be a hot minute before you get your stuff.

Chaos legion is the best place around to get your Warhammer games in. They host great events and have a wonderful atmosphere. The community here is big enough to get plenty of games in, but still feels like a family of sorts. Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and will talk your ear off about the hobby we all love. They even offer great discounts and work with you on pricing as best as possible. This place is a labor of love and it shows.
