I had an appointment yesterday for Chicago Comics to review and potentially purchase a small lot of comics I wanted to divest from. The manager was training a younger looking employee (perhaps his son) which was cool to see. He looked over my comics and checked prices for a few of the keys. He offered me a fair price for the lot after a brief discussion and accepted my slightly higher counter. I asked for store credit and began shopping right away!
