My husband and I came to the area for a mini getaway and just happened to find this treasure of a shop. It has thousands of games of all genres. Their prices are good too. We had a hard time leaving with just one game haha. The staff personnel are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've seen some reviews complain about organization, but there is an organizational system that made sense to me, and the staff is always quick and willing to help you find something if you need. They have lots of open box games for you to play in shop and they didn't even charge us to play one (which is super rare)! They genuinely want you to enjoy the gaming experience. It's rare to find a place of this caliber and we hope to come back again if we are ever in the area! Thank you to Citadel Game Cellar for a fantastic afternoon.
When they say "game cellar" they mean game cellar. It's full, and I mean full, of board games, tabletop rpgs, card games, trading cards, collectibles, and probably way more than I can fit into a review. They price match to market value, which is actually awesome. They have plenty of MTG cards to browse and a big selection of sealed product. From what I could see they had some 40k figures up on display. Paints. Place is awesome. I'll be dropping by for a few board games before going back out to sea. Military friendly too.
I stopped in while vacationing in mystic. The store is easy to miss if you're just driving by. We were welcome immediately upon entering and had multiple conversations with the owner. He is an old-school gamer like myself. Prices are regular retail, and they have a giant selection of games and miniatures. I highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area. I wish I lived closer.
