When I think of “Friendly Local Game Store,”I think of Clairemont Comics. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable, the pricing is fair, and they always have space for pick-up games of BattleTech. The clientele are also excellent folks: welcoming, happy to teach and learn games, and bring a great attitude. I’m so thankful to have such a great local store/community!

Little higher price point in cards then other shops in the area, but I was able to find the booster I was looking for so they got me there. Loved the comic displays and everything. Very wide selection of comics for sure!

Passed through on a road trip. Like a TARDIS, it's much bigger than you would expect on the inside. Friendly, helpful staff. Wide selection of DnD, 40k, paints and other gaming supplies. Also has a large collection og comics, graphic novels, pop funk and anime goodies.
