Hey there, I needed a lock cylinder for an older style Mortise lock mechanism, and upon finding CLK Supplies they had just what I needed. Once I placed my order they had it shipped out the next business day. Upon receiving the lock cylinder, realized that I mismeasured and the one I had received was too short. I called them due to my mistake and they were very quick and helpful to resolve my issue. I mailed the lock cylinder back to them, and after they received it they sent me the correct lock cylinder, which I received very quickly. I placed an order for a smart key decoder accessory and had it shipped to the wrong address. I reached out to them in hopes of getting the address straightened out and left a message and sent an email.
