Been here a handful of times to pick up cards. Went in like usual and asked for a card that was priced slightly above NM market. Got home went to put it in the binder and it’s LP- maybe even MP. Edges around the entire back of the card are rough. Would be nice if they priced based on condition not raw market value.
Do not have such a big store if you can not have enough employees to assist customers. Waited almost 40 minutes to purchase cards and left, along with 3 other customers. This is the second time this has happened. I will just order from TCG Player or Card Kingdom from now on and will no longer visit CM Games. And yes, I did ask for help and still didn't recieve it even though there was an employee just standing behind the Pokémon card area not servicing anyone. I used to love coming here but the customer service has went extremely down hill since they closed the other location on the side of the mall.
Nick was very sweet with helping me with my magical purchases. I recommend this place for those who are new to magic the gathering, the store has a good commander deck selection.
