The Collector’s Cave in Staten Island is truly a treasure for anyone who loves collectibles, sports cards, Funko Pops, Pokémon, Comic Books or anything rare and nostalgic. The moment you walk through the door, you can feel the passion and care that goes into this store. Everything is beautifully organized, and there’s always something new and exciting to discover. What really sets The Collector’s Cave apart, though, is the customer service. The staff genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued — whether you’re a serious collector or just browsing for fun. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, always willing to share their expertise or help you find exactly what you’re looking for. It’s rare these days to find a store that treats every customer like family, but The Collector’s Cave does just that. You can tell they love what they do — and that love shines through in every interaction. If you’re ever in Staten Island, this is absolutely a must-visit spot. This is the best LCS ever. Steve the owner and Danny have shown me nothing but love. My pull list is on time and their stock in the store is always well kept. I have had to leave town at times on vacation and they have always made sure my books arr there and available. I used to go Mid town comics in manhattan @ Times Square but Collectors Cave has out did themselves and earned my business. I would never chose anyone but them for mu weekly books !
I placed an order that took more than a year to arrive, and by the time it was delivered, I had completely forgotten about it. Opening the package was a pleasant surprise, but unfortunately, the Funkos inside were damaged beyond repair. I reached out to their support team via email three days ago and have not received a response yet. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding ordering from them. I've already shared this with several friends and my WhatNot viewers.
