Comics Plus

I went to this store for a friend. I went to pick up a comic book for him . Store hours are 12 to 7 . Who i assume is the owner showed up about 12:10 to open up ( not a big deal ). I told him good morning and got no answer. He walked in, leaving the door open , I waited 2 minutes, and I started to walk in when he yelled at me ! " I am not open , the lights are not even on !! " I explained to him that the sign says 12 to 7, so that why I walked in . Once he allowed me to go in, I let him know what I was there for . He brought the comic book to the counter and started charging me , I was on the phone with my friend, who I was there for . He asks me to check if it has the plastic cover and cardboard is in it . Again, the owner tells me that's the comic he asked for , but in a rude tone . I don't know anything about comic books, so I wanted to make sure it was the right one , so I was trying to send a picture. I am a grown man and don't need anyone yelling at me . I did not lose my cool, and I didn't want him to ruin my day by having to argue with him. The store looked well stocked, and I am sure it has lots of cool stuff, but the customer service was horrible . I was not there to inconvenience anyone, I was there to make a purchase.

I got kicked out and I didn’t do nun wrong….he yelled at me. I was a min away from purchasing pokemon cards and was really excited to open packs for myself and he didn’t have patience with me. I was looking up prices on my phone and deciding what to get. But got kicked out….😕I have very very anger issues and when they go lose I lost it. But I walked out but I was nice the whole time. I’m a very warm hearted person but he didn’t make it better by yelling at me. Idk if he was having a rough day but he broke another part of me….sir I’m sorry I was trouble. I even asked before hand if you had any more packs in stock. I didn’t mean to cause trouble. Sorry. You just lost what what’ve been a good Client…😕

This is the grand re opening of the one and only comics plus!!!! Thank you for being strong and resilience after such a punishing fire that would of finished any other local establishment/comic shop. Everyone is happy to see you open and be strong for all to enjoy daily. Thank you community of caring humans and all who had compassion, we thrive with adversity. Awsome games, comics and people!!
