The owner Renee is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Her store boasts a great selection and her prices are very reasonable. In the entryway she sells children's comics and some other comics that are only one dollar. The main portion of the store has a myriad of comics. All of the staff there are knowledgeable and welcoming. Some other comic book stores have been unpleasant experiences for me as someone who is not a man. I have never felt uncomfortable at Comics Works. She does a great basement sale annually where she sells some comics for two dollars each that she has duplicates of. Renee also does a nice sale in November.
Very lovely owner knowledgeable and friendly great place to get awesome books and have conversations about your favorite characters and opportunities to learn things that you probably never knew about your favorite characters it's a must-see stop in check her out her basement is overflowing with comics always some kind of sale you just have to see it stop in and enjoy
This was a great comic book store. I went today and she had the exact comics I was looking for! She also has a bunch of cool figures. Can't wait to come back again!
