I've come here a couple times and each time it hasn't been a pleasant experience. Commander players here are very exclusive, and if you are a new player I would suggest a more welcoming community. Also management is disjointed and inconsistent. I called in to trade a few commander staple cards a few days ago. Was told they would take them, but that I would have to call back for the owner to be in the store (why he wasn't in the store on a Friday afternoon is a little baffling). So when I called back on Sunday, I spoke to a different person who wasn't the owner and they said they would not be able to take the cards or offer any cash for them. I direct contradiction to what I was told two days prior. Anyways, just got to Stomping Grounds. They take everything with no fuss or hassle.

I've done 2 collection appraisals and sold some Magic cards to these folks twice now and they are fantastic. Very transparent about pricing, stock, and allotments, the customer service is great, and not only the staff but the regular customers as well are all very friendly in my experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy and sell singles, just get a few casual games in, or even just talk about the TCG hobby.
My husband and I were visiting local card stores while on vacation from out of state and a customer came and sold multiple Final Fantasy secret lairs still sealed. We asked if we could buy one while were there and we were told no. Poor business practice if you ask me. If you have the product and willing customers, you should be willing to sell. Definitely will not be visiting this card shop again. Related to the response of this post. No there were not other customers being helped. And if they were not authentic, they would not have been purchased by you and also they were sealed. Poor customer service. Period
