I have very little tech savvy but knew I needed an update for my computer. I contacted Computer Exchange and was told to bring in the CPU and they would check it out for me. Jenson helped me with all the decisions that needed to be made and spoke in simple language so I could understand. I now have a new updated computer with all the data transferred from my old one thanks to Computer Exchange. You will not find better customer service. I highly recommend them to you! As someone With very little computer knowledge that ran into computer issues I highly recommend Computer Exchange. They were polite and professional, and Efficient I turned in my PC to be serviced. They said it would be 3 to 5 business days. They were done in 2. They called and notified me of everything they were doing, issues they found and to make sure I was comfortable with pricing all before servicing. They thoroughly explained everything and didn’t try to upsell me on unneeded parts. They dove in and did what needed to be done and for that I will definitely be back with any pc needs.
I took 2 old laptops in on Tuesday. The files and photos had been inaccessible for 15 years on one of them and about 3 years on the other. Wednesday they called me and successfully retrieved all my files. Friendly, professional, and quick. I am so so grateful. I’ll be recommending them to friends and family.
