Computer Nerds

My computer crashed. So I took it to this store to get my files off. They had me buy a new computer and bring it to the store so they could move the files from the old computer over to the new computer.They charged me $250 for this service. At the end of the day they told me my old hard drive was toast and they couldn’t get any data off it. I took home my new computer that had none of my data loaded on it, a few free programs were loaded and a few “bloat ware” files deleted and they kept all my money. I get they had spent time working on it but they did not deliver on the service that I had paid for and did not offer a partial refund. Shame on them.

Very professional and great service. They helped me even after they had transferred all my data to my new computer. Everyone I talked to there were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Computer Nerds to anyone needing help with their computer!

I am from Tonopah, Nevada, which is quite a distance from where I am now. I came to Oatman, Arizona, to explore the ghost town located nearby. My laptop was running slowly, and I needed to have it repaired. Initially, I planned to go to Las Vegas for the repair, but they were charging me nearly an arm and a leg to fix it. While at Walmart, I noticed a place called Computer Nerds. I called them, and the lady on the phone was very nice. When I brought in my computer, I met Chris. I barely had to explain the problem because he immediately knew what was wrong with it. Since I am leaving Arizona today to return to Nevada and I have exams next week for my summer classes, I needed the laptop fixed quickly. Chris managed to complete the repair in just three hours and even upgraded my hardware. He gave me a price up front and added another $50 for the hardware updates but it was much cheaper than Las Vegas prices. Thank you Chris for being so sweet and kind! If there is an option to pay for remote work on my computers, I definitely would like Chris to fix it from herein out! Give Chris a raise! :)
