Great experience! In the process of moving, I came across a shoebox of vintage Pokemon cards from my childhood that I had forgotten about. I took them into Coulee Cards & Gaming to sell the valuable ones, then donated the rest to the library's Pokemon card program. Alex, David, and Tub helped me sort through them and give me prices they could offer... so fast! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Alex was very transparent about the logic behind the prices they were offering me, making me feel confident that I was getting a good offer, even though I'm not an expert on the subject at all -- he could have low-balled me and I would have been none the wiser! I could have made more on the cards by going the private sale route, but I was looking for a low-effort, low-friction, quick, one-and-done process, which is exactly what they provided me! Rest assured that they will treat you fairly if you find yourself in a similar situation! Strongly recommend!

Staff is always friendly, prices are based on market values (if it seems off all you have to do is bring it up when buying), and lots of bulk cards to dig through if you're inclined that way. If you're looking for cards, Coulee is well worth the stop!
I usually only went there to get higher priced MTG singles. Spent a lot of money at that store. On too many occasions, I would ask to see their Near Mint or Lightly played priced singles in their display case, only to discover creases, bends, water damage, deep scratches or other issues with the card that would lower the condition to Heavily Played or Damaged. One time, I discovered a $80 card in their case was a fake. When I came back a month later, the fake card was back in the display case for $60. Just carelessness really. I'm not convinced they even know how to authenticate MTG cards, especially when I'm showing the employees how to do it. I'm convinced someone who doesn't know any better, either has or will get ripped off due to their poor grading/inspection practices. I would hope their QC process is better for Pokemon or the sports card stuff. I don't know though. Most interactions with the employees are meh, I say most, because I have had great customer experience with one employee, every time I've dealt with them, but that's it. The last straw was them trying to gouge me on a trade. Just felt icky. Buyer, beware. Also, I was sick of being called "boss" all the time.
