
What a great store! We came in for one item and enjoyed looking everything over and bought several things. Whatever you need they have it, friendly people also.
My wife bought these headphones at the Coulee wall variety store. She brought them back charged them per the instructions provided in the packaging. So when I call the store to ask about a refund the person working (owner I've been told) ask me if I have charged them for at least 5 or 6 hours. Well it is not 1995 and we use far more advanced batteries now (not to mention we followed the provided instructions on charging) so I informed her the we charged them until they were done. When I told her charging for 5 or 6 hrs was unnecessary she became hostile and accused me of being irate. (I wasn't before but I am now) She then insisted I charge them for 6 hrs and call about it tomorrow. I will do that but I will go down in person to look her in the eye and talk about the refund when charging them for 6 hours doesn't work. Update: So upon further inspection you must pair each one of the earbuds individually. Once she figured that out they worked fine. That doesn't excuse the poor attitude by the person on the phone. I will be passing on stopping here in the future. As should you dear reader.
