This place is absolutely great. I have been playing many games here like for over a year now and in my opinion is the best LGS in the area. The owner is a veteran and is always very helpful and willing to work with people. He is also very community-oriented for all of the card games that they sell and have tournaments for. He also is the only place that has product for MSRP for its loyal customers when other stores charge inflation.
I've seen the store steadily decline over the years. I WAS apart of their very small and rapidly declining yugioh community. Now there is no yugioh community due to the store consistently selling above MSRP. The yugioh section was literally less than 2 shelves in half a case. The store would ask you to pre-order before the cards in the set were even announced. There were only 2 store staff members who knew anything about my community and 1 of them had to quit due to the store not being accommodating to their medical needs. I would sincerely advise just going to Walmart or ordering off TCG Player. I can not bring myself to even associate myself with this store anymore. Edit: I can not count how many times they will randomly close or cancel tournaments after you arrive to the store. It's happened at least 7-8 times while I've been there, not counting times I haven't been there and it happened. Please, just please save your money or go somewhere that will VALUE you. This store will not. PS my name is showing on this review so I bet I'm going to be banned, just like the store does to anyone who says anything honest about the things that happen in there. EDIT: I wish I could give another 1 star review. A store owner personally messaged me to harass about my review. That is the kind of business they run.
Right of the bat the door slams and starts you off alarmed, I’ve been here 3 times and had barely spent 10 minutes here. Pokemon packs are more expensive than pokemaniacs in Austin and graded cards are priced, but they change on the spot. I get tcg goes up and down, but if you have it priced already I feel it only fair to agree with the price you where okay getting. Evolutions doesn’t price there cards on display for that reason. Idk felt very money driven in there.
