Have ordered many diecast from John, never had one problem!
Recently placed an order with dad's diecast..7 days later tracking still said "awaits items" I then emailed them about it..they assured me my order was shipped..gave it a couple more days to update before I asked for a refund..they again assured me that my order was in transit but refunded me...as of today September 24th that same exact item can be found on the website for sale.
