What's happening to this place? It use to be such a great place to go. The fun atmosphere has disappeared, and where are the employees that made this place worth going to. I won't be back as I've seen this establishment go downhill slowly but drastically in the last 15 months or so. Shame on management! Spend your money at the Horse Palace.
I visit the Derby approximately once a month during my trips to Sheridan. The establishment consistently maintains a clean and accessible environment. The highlight of my visits is when Fallon is working. She provides exceptional customer service and makes myself and my guests feel valued and respected. Her interactions with others are exemplary. The entire staff demonstrates knowledge, friendliness, and efficiency. Having visited numerous gaming clubs, I highly recommend the Derby as a must-visit establishment.
