Order booster packs (online). The order has been stuck on confirmed for several weeks. Contacted them multiple times regarding the order and was ignored. Initiated a charge back with my bank and won the dispute. I would not purchase from this store again due to the lack of communication and fulfillment of the order

Charged me almost 100% over msrp for a preorder then never delivered the item after it released. I’ve made several attempts to contact the store with no response. I will consider changing my review if the store makes it right, but as of right now, any new customers should be wary

The store is cool and the employees are helpful which is why it got 3 stars. I am a brand spanking new magic player and I paid the 8$ to just sit there cause everyone else was in their own groups of people they know. I stayed for about 2 hours and I was not able to get into a pod, so I left. If you are new to the game this place is a little more intimidating. I will come back to this store when I have a little more experience. Some of the more experienced players even made fun of the swisher box I carried my cards in. D20 on park st is a little more beginner friendly as people invited me into their pod as soon as I sat down.
