Diversions Tabletop Game Lounge

Such a great and unique place! We stopped by on a weeknight just to check it out and ended up staying to play games for a couple hours. They have an amazing selection of games and there was plenty for both serious and casual board gamers. The snack options were nice and very well priced. The owners were lovely and personable and gave us a very nice overview of everything. Can't wait to go back and play some more!

I stopped by briefly just to get a feel for the shop, and left excited to come back. Since we visited in the early afternoon before school and work let out, it wasn’t busy, which meant we got a great overview of everything the store offers. They have a built-in kiosk that makes it easy to browse games with different search options, plus handy printed sheets with recommendations based on group size. The selection is impressive. There were plenty of familiar favorites I’ve loved playing, along with many intriguing titles I’d never tried before, but can’t wait to get my hands on! They offer most of the library games for retail sale, so if you fall in love with a game, you can take it home! What stood out most to me is how knowledgeable and passionate the curators are about games and about serving their community. I’m usually nervous walking into new places, but within just a few minutes I felt comfortable and genuinely wanted to stay and play. I’m really looking forward to coming back.

I had such a great experience at Diversions Tabletop Game Lounge! The space is super clean and well-organized, which immediately made it feel welcoming and comfortable. One of the owners, Sean, gave us a tour when we arrived, and he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to show us around. You can tell the people behind Diversions really care about the space and the community. Their game selection is amazing—seriously, shelves and shelves of games, from classics to indie gems. I especially loved their kiosk where you can browse the game library using filters like playtime, number of players, and game type. It made choosing a game so much easier and took the stress out of decision-making. They also have a private game room you can reserve if you want a more personal or quiet space, which I thought was a great option. On top of that, they sell drinks and snacks (a must for long game sessions!), and even have a table showcasing games and artwork from local artists, which I thought was a really cool touch. They also sell a solid selection of games if you find something you love and want to take it home. If you’re even remotely into board games, card games, or just want a cozy, friendly spot to hang out with friends, Diversions is 100% worth checking out.
