It's my new favorite game store!

Good store, friendly staff, but the biggest issue I have is their return policy, if you paid cash for anything, you cannot return an item, their policy doesn't allow for it. They also take a 5% credit card fee for cc payments. It's a no win scenario, you take an additional 5% fee in order to be eligible for refunds or you pay cash and have no possible refund capacity. I like having a local toy/game store but the policies are just subpar and not very competitive industry wide.

This store has demonstrated consistently strong customer service. There is a wide variety of games and their employees seem to have an experiential knowledge of their many products, able to answer questions about how the game works. They have games for all ages, competitive & cooperative. I’ve been very impressed each time I walk in.
