Discriminatory & Misogynistic & Smelly. Even when you’re a separate person paying separately for the pre-release they don’t allow you and your partner to buy separate boxes. I’m not gonna argue with someone in their store, but that’s trash. This is the last place I go to for cards and I definitely don’t wanna play here, especially when it smells like body odor constantly. They take advantage of people wanting to do the pre-releases because they know it’s limited everywhere and just play power trips. They also scalp people on prices. They’re always trying to get one over on you for singles that decrease in value on TCG if you don’t call them on it. Not to mention that they always have horrible attitudes and customer service. Who wants to go to a place that is supposed to be inclusive for someone to be rude to you? The biggest reason this irritates me is because I am my own person. I am not my boyfriend’s property. It’s very discriminatory to not sell to me just because I’m with him when I have my own payment. If it were two men that were friends that walked in, is that how you would treat them? No. You wouldn’t say “Oh you guys walked in together so you can’t both buy one.” I don’t know if they have a problem with women but absolutely trash location. I can honestly say I will never step foot in this store again. I don’t know how their rating is 4.3 except for men that apparently don’t get discriminated against for playing games and collecting anime.

The cashier was hanging out in the backroom while customers waited. When they came out to do other stuff they noticed me and greeted me. They literally couldnt speak up. They mumbled and mumbled no matter how many times I asked for them to talk louder because I couldnt hear them. Of course they got an attitude since someone asked them to do something they didnt want to do. Main reason is this store keeps their events close knit. If you are traveling and looking for a place to play, do not count on them for that. They reschedule events that are supposed to be held on a given day. Without putting a post on fb or their main site stating events are rescheduled. Overall its a business that needs lessons in business.
I drove hour and half from okc just for them to tell us mid way through the tournament. that they didn’t have prize cards so they made us all pay 20 for a tournament that’s had nothing and they say the will try to get them but idk how. there gonna get them so late and if they some how get it you gotta drive up to get it. so basically just scammed the whole gundam fans. If they where actually decent and not tryna scam they would’ve made that clear in the beginning they don’t care abt you.
I have the best luck buying raw from these guys. Picked up an Expedition Holo Machamp for $45 that could gem!!! Regularly buy cards from them at TCGPlayer NM that grade PSA 9's and 10's. Instead of trying to price gouge you and use condition in some way to inflate an ungraded card they're just cool dudes who sell you the card at near mint AND then give $15 store credit for single purchases at $100 or more! They're literally the only store that deals in Pokemon that I haven't walked out of with buyer's regret at some point in time. Even if I lose a little bit I still win in the long run with these guys every single time.
