Staff was excellent! Couldn't say more about them. The Rafaela signing was awesome! Impressed with how organized it was. I actually forgot to stop at the COA table after I met him because I was so happy, and went to the food court to eat. I went back thinking they weren't there anymore and I was bummed, but one of the boys came out and authenticated it for me! So awesome! Excellent customer service! Can't wait for the next event!

This is the perfect spot for Boston sports superfans. My dad’s birthday is coming up and I had no problem finding something memorable and affordable to get him. The staff here were super helpful and even held my purchased item for me while I attended the Ceddanne Rafaela event! Additionally, there were a few people in the line around me who wanted to purchase add-ons to the experience, and the staff members did not hesitate to accommodate them. It’s clear that they are proactive and want to prioritize the customer experience!

This event was great!! I just went with my Mom to meet the 2x Vezina trophy winner and the 1x Conn Smythe and Stanley Cup champion Tim Thomas. I loved meeting him and it was super cool. He was so nice and even crazier him and my Mom are both from the same Area in Michigan. Thank You Tim Thomas to coming go Boston and also thank you to Dynasty Sports, we’ll be back!
