Entertainment Earth

Entertainment Earth has been one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is top notch. A special shout out to Donald Tapia for going above and beyond helping me fix several issues. The experience I had makes me further appreciate my time with EE.

There is customer service then there is what I received from Donald Tapia over at Entertainment Earth today. What a great experience. I felt important and although never speaking with before, feel as though I've known him for years. It was MY pleasure to find someone with compassion and has an obvious enjoyment for what he does.

I'm extremely pleased with the customer service I recently received from Entertainment Earth. One of my items arrived damaged so I took some pictures & sent them off through email to Entertainment Earth. It only took a day I believe to hear back from them with a couple of options & I was happy to accept one that day. Within 24hrs I received confirmation back from them & everything has been successfully completed. This was a great experience after a disappointing start, thanks.
