I normally am very impressed with this place, however I don’t believe I will ever service any other one of my utvs here. Last year the air box wasn’t attached correctly and dust was getting in but no big deal. Easy fix and snapped it on correctly. Done deal. July 17, 2019 brought my non running ranger in to get it up and going. Was just a simple fix. When I dropped it off they said we will just push it with a push vehicle. They pushed it alright. Didn’t even bother to put cardboard or anything in between. The tailgate had no scratch on it before and is now gouged. When I mentioned it to the service guy his face got red and I told him my license plate holder was ripped off and hidden from me. They unhooked my tailgate and threw the license plate holder in the box and reattached tailgate in hopes I didn’t see it. He admitted it. I asked him what he can do about tailgate. He just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know. Was gonna trade it for a new one with them. But don’t think so now. The salesman are super awesome people but the repair side of it isn’t my favorite after all of this.
