This place is a joke. The staff just sit around with their friends, act annoyed when you walk in, and make you feel like you’re bothering them. I ordered something in July, they sold it to someone else, and when I called they acted clueless and brushed me off. Weeks later they admitted there was a “mix-up” and promised a new shipment in two weeks — it’s been three and still nothing. Zero communication, zero accountability. They clearly care more about hanging out than running a business. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Probably the worst customer service I've experienced. Took my little brother in because he wanted to buy his own cards to start playing magic. They didnt have the box he wanted, no biggie, but when I tried buying sleeves to save ourselves the trouble of buying them online we were ignored. Not only was the cashier eating and watching TV but when I said excuse me and asked for the sleeves we wanted, we were ignored while he put his food in the fridge and went straight back to watching TV. We were standing there for 5-10 minutes and left because clearly he was not interested in helping us despite it being his job.
I have had some of the most enjoyable games of magic the gathering here. The store has friendly staff and a large space for playing games. It is predominately a magic the gathering store but they have Lorca, Pokémon and other games as well. If you are in the area and a nerd, stop in and say hi! Note: if you like modern, they have a Thursday and Friday modern tournament for a box!
