Walked in with no friendly greeting.. cool. One employee was on the phone stared at us then turned around immediately. The girl checking us out at the register was just as rude. Over priced items with rude employees I highly doubt I’ll ever walk back in or recommend this place. Sucks to higher employees that pick and choose who they want to give great customer service too.

Poor customer service. Walked in yesterday with my daughter, the only customers in the store. There were 2 associates working, only acknowledgement they gave us was eye contact. No smile, no greeting. Didn’t even ask what we might be looking for. I’m all about supporting small businesses but I’m definitely not spending my money in an establishment that delivers such poor quality service. Off to Walmart we went! I would not recommend supporting this business.

I have been coming to this wonderful establishment, on and off, for years— for holidays, bdays, etc. Today, I was searching for a gift for a one year old. Olivia greeted me. She was so incredibly helpful! She also helped me select a few things to keep my granddaughters entertained on the plane to Florida. I experienced outstanding customer service. Lieliana, who was at the cash register, was lovely as well. These two young woman are examples of great young people with bright futures! They were just lovely! Thank you for being that highlight of my day!
