Multiple delays in delivery (originally scheduled for June, out for delivery on 9/27). Not only was the delay of months unprofessional, the product was delivered to the billing address, not the shipping address which is in a completely different city. I will never order from these fraud merchants again
FRAUD. I placed an order on April 6, 2024 and my credit card was charged the following day. The order was delayed with a new shipping date of June 25. The order was delayed AGAIN with a new shipping date of August 4. It is now August 19, and it has still not been fulfilled. Meanwhile, funds were deducted from my account over 4 months ago. I was a frequent shopper of FOCO, but would never recommend them again.
First time ordering an item that seemed like it would be amazing and a great addition to the collection. Friends warned me that FOCO was overpriced and will take forever to ship it but I ordered anyway. About a month later I get a refund because they didn’t meet their minimum order quantity to be able to produce this item. Buyer beware - this just ended up being a huge waste of time and energy, and it tied up a couple hundred dollars of mine for a month. (A loan like that should be repaid with interest, but I digress.)
