Nice staff and way more reasonable than GameStop

Gosh, I guess this is my best option for 'filing a complaint'. I am fanatical about supporting small businesses and keeping the money in the community, so when I wanted a game over the weekend, instead of downloading it, I waited until Monday so I could try for a used copy at this place. I called twice during business hours, got no pickup, and had no option to leave a message, as they purportedly hadn't bothered to set up voicemail. Visited during stated business hours, and place was closed. This is not the way to do retail.

I would not recommend this store based on my experience. The store has a reputation for offering significantly lower money when purchasing consoles, often providing 20% (less than 1/3) or less of their market value. Despite advertising buy-back services through signs and on their website, it seems they are not interested in buying. Additionally, the store sells copies of games, often sourced from regions like Saudi Arabia and China. If you are looking for quality products and fair pricing, I suggest shopping elsewhere where you can expect genuine merchandise and reasonable deals.
