Just found this place since my daughter is getting into the Pokémon resurgence. Everyone here was soo knowledgeable and friendly! They helped me pick out a few collectables for my own personal vault too. Highly recommend this business!
I find some of these 1 star reviews extremely hard to believe. I stop in about once a week because we have jiu jitsu a couple doors down. I rarely buy anything and usually it's their D&D books on release, and they always greet me. They're always trying to be helpful. I've never been treated rudely.
The staff for sure know their stuff and does their job. I love the process of being able to send lists of singles for Magic TCG and going to pick them up and not having to be in person fist. However I will say the staff is not the friendliest. BUT it has never been negative- just cold. Which can be difficult for people who aren’t sure what the want. Not a store to go to if you are “just looking”
