Great shop, very helpful folk working who have a real passion for the products and community surrounding them. In browsing the store, we were assisted greatly by one staff member, and then as we were checking out and had more specific questions, he referred us to another staff member who had extensive knowledge on that specific subject. He was more than willing to share and help us in ways that were far above and beyond making a sale. It was a great learning experience that helped us understand not just the specific products we purchased but also the hobby itself. I left this store feeling more confident in playing the game and far more aware of the many things I still need to learn. We will definitely be visiting regularly to continue expanding our decks. The intensive organization of every card was an amazing sight that I've never seen upkept so well in any other store. It's clear that the staff take a great deal of care in keeping it very clean and categorized. Even the most meticulous of book shops or record stores would struggle to keep their stock this maintained and orderly. I highly recommend visiting this place if you are searching for a specific addition to your pokemon collection.

In my opinion, this is the store to be at if you're into Pokemon and live in the tri-cities. Their selection is quite large and they have a very organized one at that. There's also some staff there that appear to be highly knowledgeable on Pokemon as well. I also find their availability of tournaments to be surprisingly good. There is always something going on. Despite bad reviews on the customer service front, I've yet to have experienced passive aggressiveness, or anyone rude. Out of any card store I've visited, which is many within the state, this one has been at the top so far in this respect. One particular employee I cannot recall the name of is so eager to help people with Pokemon purchases, and will go the extra mile to find what you need in their singles/bulk, and that is a big deal to me. To add to this, I'm someone who has sold Pokemon singles and keeps up to date with prices as I play competitively. Their prices on non-bulk cards is often pretty decent, with some being outdated and [typically] too expensive. Their bulk prices are standard fair for card shops, they don't have time to sort them all out so charge a standard rate for most, which is fine. Of course TCGplayer will sell them at $0.05, but a physical card shop will get them in your hands today without shipping fees.

Never had a bad experience at this shop! The staff is always kind, easy to talk to, and they sell great products at great prices. Not only that, their events are incredibly fun! Pokemon trade nights are my absolute favorite. This store is great.
My partner and I frequent the Midland location and visit the Saginaw location every time we’re in town, we’ve always had amazing experiences at both locations and we love interacting with the employees and other customers. The employees are always so nice to us and to every customer we see come in. We’ve made friends with some employees at both locations and love visiting whenever we can! Highly recommend if you or someone you know collects/plays any tcgs, video games, etc. Both locations are amazing! 10/10
