As a newbie to the world of Magic the Gathering, I am so happy to have been helped by Mouse! They are an expert in their field and pointed me to the kinds of decks I might like. :) Also, this store was very clean and tidy. I would like to visit again just to hang out in the space!
We stopped in on a busy day and were lucky enough to be helped by Mouse. What a breath of fresh air! Despite the chaos, Mouse was calm, attentive, and remembered small details we mentioned in passing. They have a great sense of humor and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. It's rare to find customer service this good.
I love this location! Over the last year my kids have gotten into Pokemon. We have become regulars at Franklin because of how awesome the staff is. Delle and Jesse, the Pokemon Professors there are awesome. They are great with the kids, they take the time to teach the kids, help them build decks, even give them cards to help with their decks. We go to the kids timeframe but sometimes are there when the adults start rolling in, all of them are equally awesome with the kids. Willing to play against them and help them learn! Thanks to the whole Franklin Game Universe Team! Epeciallly Jesse and Delle!!!
