We’ve been to three locations and this is by far our favorite Game Exchange due to Jaylon’s friendly customer service. He always offers to help and goes above and beyond in making recommendations or sharing his knowledge on a variety of games. Thanks Jaylon! Our family appreciates you!

tries to price used items as new, horrible trade-in values, and bad store policies- would only rly recommend this place to buy maybe some old books or dvds, otherwise your moneys best spent elsewhere
My 12 year old took in a couple hundred cards to sell. Ranging in value from .50-$40…. They gave him $1.22!!!!!!! Hard lesson for a kid that not all adults are honest. I told my son that was ridiculous and to hand the money back and get his cards. Cashier told him no, that all sales were final. This particular store has crooks for employees.
