Terrible in ever way possible. I was using a kiosk at Cypresswood Kroger. As I finished shopping I put in my games and the machine took some time but was able to read it and had a nice offer. However, after putting in my id details and clicking what gift card we wanted. The machine simply said “error” I then clicked retry and it yet again said “error” my entire transaction then disappeared and the machine had stolen my games. I then asked a Kroger employee for help. They said they couldn’t do anything since Gamechanger had the keys to to the kiosk. I then contacted Gamechanger by email and its been 4 days and they haven’t responded. Not only have my games been completely stolen, my id details are now at risk too. The games were barely worth much thankfully. However, these are an absolute scam! Do not use these at all!
