The person behind the counter was fantastic. He helped me get a full set of decks for my brother, my two nephews, and my niece. He was knowledgeable and patient with everyone. Any prebuilt deck someone asked about he was able to give a quick summary. It was the exact experience that helped me get them into Magic the Gathering. Thank you!

I came across some old Pokémon of all things. Called to ask a few questions and the man I spoke with was absolutely phenomenal. Couldn't quite point me in a particular direction but gave me some solid advice & told me to do my research once I explained what I had. He didn't have to do that. Spoke volumes about his character and I can't say thank you enough.
