Games Ahoy

I really really want to love this place. Prices are a bit steep on used gear. Didn't used to be the case. But often games will be on sale everywhere else and just $5 from new here still. Seems that there is starting to be a slow down on physical media for newer consoles. Probably because trade in isn't worth it. I'm happy they carry TCGs of all types. But they actively help the scalping market by not setting limits on purchases. Then they joined in the fun and raised prices 50% just like the scalpers. This was when I was personally done supporting this business. They grew an amazing community and are treating them like trash all for a buck. Wouldn't take much for a person to franchise a vintage stock or game exchange and out games ahoy in its place.

The store is amazing! They have tons of retro games and so many of them are affordable. The staff is extremely friendly, Matt in particular did a great job helping me find a specific title and then polished the disc for free. It looked brand new. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be coming back.
