I was a frequent customer here until my last visit. They hosted a pre release tournament with prizing promised to those who went X-0. The prizing included a promotional card that is currently estimated value at $50. After spending $35 and 3 hours in the store and going X-0 I went to claim my prizing and the workers told me they did not have enough for all the winners. Instead of requiring the winners to go through another round or reducing the size of the tournament they denied a customer what they had promised. An easily avoidable mistake by staff that cost me half my day and $35.

I have gone back numerous times and spent WAY too much money, but their services they offer make it really easy. I have been buying MTG singles and their online purchase option is AWESOME! I get to see what they have in stock, how much it is, and "order it" (picked up and paid in store). Their service has been friendly and really supportive. I have had a great experience with them and will continue to go back. I have also played in there a few times and the store is bright, clean, and spacious. the crowd they draw if easy going and some of the issues I have seen with folks at game stores are not present. I will continue to go back and get product from them. I have really enjoyed my experience there.
