The Geek Shack is the only place in Southern New Mexico where TCGs (Trading Card Games) and tabletop games are the main event. This place is always bustling with events and activities. On my last visit, they were hosting a Magic the Gathering tournament. They have an extensive collection of Pokémon cards at very competitive prices!!!! If you have questions or need advice, every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely loves their job. If you are just starting, or a seasoned veteran or looking to sell your cards, this is the only location in the Las Cruces and surrounding area. I really enjoy coming here to look at and buy magic cards. The employees are really nice and patient which I appreciate as someone with pretty bad social anxiety. Their online system is great and super convenient as well!

Really nice hidden gem of a tabletop shop! Clean, organized, and friendly staff. They were very helpful and I found a good hoard of unique loose dice! Check them out, I can’t believe this place flew under my radar.
