Bait and switch I ordered a Milwaukee vacuum with starter kit from Walmart.. They sent tool only and refused to send me the battery and charger(the actual starter kit) When Walmart attempted to contact them they wouldn't respond. If you see anything for sale on Walmart from them.. Don't do it. Also their address is a lie.. It's a plastic surgeons office

They canceled my order 2 days before Christmas Eve, while being in route. Like who does that?!?!? Don’t buy from this company on amazon.

I wished I read your review before I purchased a Dewalt air compressor from them for xmas. They wouldn't let me cancel my order after 3 hours and I had to deal with Sears.com which was selling there item for them. They shipped my item 9 days after i ordered, so why couldn't I cancel? Once sears.com got intouch with them i was told to wait 10 days for them to investigate my return since I knew i could get it cheaper elsewhere. Now sears.com started to give me the run-a-round after 3 weeks of dealing with them. Sears.com finally gave me the phone number to call them. They said that I was sent a return label already from this company (which i never received) and they no longer could help me Humm, they wouldn't give me the phone number before so I new something was crooked. i called the number and a recording answered saying no one was available to take the call. I called sears.com back and all they did was give me a shipping address to send the item back. When i told them i wasn't satisfied with there service they asked me to give them another 2-3 days to escalate the problem to higher up and they would refund my money. I really don't have much faith in that but i'll see what happens.
