I arrived around 3:40. The door was locked and the sign said "back in 10 minutes." Tried to call and got a busy signal. Someone was stocking shelves inside, so I figured they would open back up when they were done. I went shopping elsewhere for a bit. Came back to try again around 4:00, and now three people were inside. I knocked on the door to get their attention. One of them walked to the door and mouthed "we're closed." It seems like basic courtesy to put up a sign or phone message that indicates when the store is closed. I wouldn't have wasted my time if they hadn't had the "back in 10 minutes" sign. I don't know if the store is closing for good, but I know I won't be returning.
