I am writing to provide feedback on a recent experience. On August 23, 2025, I visited your store and spoke with an employee with short, blonde hair to inquire about selling used items. While she informed me that the store does not handle used goods, her demeanor was not professional. I believe this is an opportunity for staff training on how to handle customer inquiries more effectively. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
