Store deserves more positive reviews! They're knowledgeable, well stocked and good at providing a better chance at getting a good deal when every big box store tries to mark up fan merch into oblivion. :)

The customer service is very kind and nice. As they allowed me to cancel an order before it shipped. I hope the person I spoke to has a pleasant and wonderful week :)

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and cool! The selection is awesome, and includes items from the popular mainstream shows as well as many items from shows that only a true anime fan would know existed! I love this place. It is truly a hidden jewel of the westbank.
