Very nice layout and inventory of boardgames, card games, and Warhammer, however, the prices online do not match the price in store. I know it is just a $10 difference, but not adhering to your online prices is a direct violation of NYS law.

Great gaming experience. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and always willing to help. All kinds of fun events make this an exceptional store. I have spent many hours at paint night. Fellow painters are friendly, accepting and funny. I have also played both Warhammer 40K and Age of Sigmar here. Many people come over to say hello and ask questions. The staff has always been incredibly supportive. The selection of paints and Warhammer figures is second to none in the Buffalo area. Stop in and see for yourself!

I’m extremely disappointed in how my child was treated at this store — a place he used to love. He was accused of stealing a bottle of paint, but the item in question was his own, brought from home. There was security footage showing him putting the paint in his pocket, but no one took the time to ask questions or clarify before banning him from the store. Instead of approaching this with care or even basic fairness, the staff jumped to conclusions and treated my child as if he were guilty — no conversation, no consideration, no apology. What message does this send to young customers? That they’re not to be trusted? That they’re guilty until proven otherwise? This experience was not only hurtful, it was completely avoidable. We expected better from a store that markets itself as a community hub for hobbyists of all ages. We won’t be coming back, and I hope the staff reflect on how they handle situations like this in the future — with more respect, and far less assumption.
