Great customer service, plenty of cool products for many kinds of collectors, gamers, players, etc. There is plenty of room for large groups to get together to play pokemon, magic, one piece, warhammer, and more. The staff are all friendly and very willing to help you out if you have questions or want to requests specific products. 10/10
They definitely have a great selection across a wide range of products, and the community is fun to meet up with for trades and games like Pokémon and others. The reason I’m giving 1 star is because of the staff. Unfortunately, they’re not very friendly or welcoming, and it feels like they don’t give customers much attention. On multiple visits, across different days, I encountered staff who were consistently rude. I even tried coming back at different times hoping for a better experience, but it was the same. If you’re looking for a great alternative, I highly recommend Geek World. The staff there is awesome, the selection is just as strong, and the community is just as active. 👍🏻
I've grown up with this place and still has me coming back every time I'm in Texas. Dave and Tonya are some of the best people I know and have the best conversation with them. Give them a try, I promise you won't be disappointed
