GUNDAM PROS

My favorite store. Introduced me to the hobby of plastic model building. The staff and community around the store were so kind and helpful to a newcomer at the time. Kept me coming back ever since! I always stop by once a month at least for the community build day at the nearby public library. Made a lot of friends there! Store has great prices, selection is incredible. I wouldn't be surprised if they were the largest store in the state for Gundam and adjacent kits, probably a top contender for the whole of the New England area too. All in all, love these guys.

I've ordered twice from here over the last 3 years. After ordering the second time I wish I had remembered to look here first whenever I needed a variety of paints/supplies. The value is amazing! The prices were great, it felt like ordering from a luxury store because of the branded packaging, and branded stickers or magnets. They even gave me a package of jelly bellies. It really felt like luxury service because of all the extra detail they added to the final delivery. The value was top notch because I was able to order the majority of the products I needed at one shop, the prices were very fair and I saved money on shipping because I didn't have to order from 3 different stores to get what I needed for my build. The delivery time was a little bit longer than some stores but I could have paid a bit more to get faster delivery if I needed it sooner. As a fellow business owner, I really admire and appreciate how much you put into the final delivery of your service. As a consumer, I feel like your the top value around. The magnet will help me remember to look you guys up first next time. I really appreciate it thank you.

This is my third time ordering from them. And again they received my order in the middle of the day and still shipped it the same day. The prices and availability of items is the best I have seen in years. And let me tell you the packing job they do on each order far exceeds my expectations. And they keep you up to date on each order. This is my source for all my needs. Will keep ordering more items in the future. Thank for the great service your company provides and customer support.
