Gut Reaction

BEWARE THIS BUSINESS MISAPPROPRIATES SAMPLES AND SELLS FOR PROFIT. HIGHLY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES As a prospective supplier, I provided Gut Reaction with samples of my product for the express purpose of evaluating them for a potential order. The owner, Chris, shared that he was “passing” on ordering my product. When I arrived at the store to retrieve my samples, they were on display at the register for sale without consent to sell or payment for the goods. Gut Reaction Tennis misappropriated these samples and sold/intended to sell them without any payment or agreement to purchase. Samples were provided for consideration, not for unauthorized resale. I would strongly advise any potential partners or customers to avoid Gut Reaction Tennis at all costs as their business practices are highly unethical and, in this case, potentially illegal.

I had a fantastic experience at Gut Reaction. Called in the morning to ask if they can restring a racquet in time for my daughter's game in the afternoon. Chris was extremely helpful and had it turned around in a couple of hours! He is very knowledgeable, understanding of the customer's needs, and fun to talk to. The shop has high quality selection and offers good value for the money. Thanks for saving the day Chris!

Awesome turn around time on Restringing and fairly priced for the turnaround speed. I brought my own string. I called other places and they all had longer turn around times but once I heard about this place and got my racket so quickly, this will be my go to spot for restringing.
