Worked with Josh on multiple occasions. Fast response, thorough on answers, hassle free. This place was great! Came back to buy a second saddle from them as well. This will be my first place to look when I need something and even for my next saddle.
The folks at Horse Saddle Shop were absolutely wonderful to deal with. I swapped disciplines entirely with my horse and my saddle fitter gave me exactly what I needed to get. I sent it to them, and they got me all set up, and a month later I had my new western saddle. It is exactly what they had advertised, and SUPER comfy!
I recently purchased a lady’s circle Y trail saddle & saddle bag from the Horse Saddle Shop. The customer service was beyond fantastic, they were very helpful with all of my questions (there were a lot!!) having never bought a saddle online without seeing it first. This saddle has quite honestly changed my riding journey. My horse is so much happier given how much more lightweight this type of western saddle is and I am so much more comfortable and confident. Thank you for the impeccable service, quality goods and follow up to make sure we were happy!
The team at Horse Saddle Shop where great. I was struggling with the proper seat size, due to my own denial, finally finding one I liked I ordered it. It arrived damaged and it was an immediate response on sending it back and making things right. Super happy with the saddle I have now that I got through them. Would definitely purchase from them again.
