I’ve stopped in here a few times and have yet to buy anything (lack of children presently to buy toys for) just to check it out. The employees were friendly and the selection of toys were unique. I also remember the pricing being more affordable than a lot of local toy shops I’ve frequented. I’m giving five stars for that experience and because of special snowflakes who felt the need to bring this business down over local ordinance. Get over yourselves.
Staff member ran my card twice for the product I was intending to purchase. When I showed them they had double charged me they argued that it didn’t show on their records and that I was wrong. I immediately disputed the charge and Apple confirmed that they did in fact- charge me twice. I really wanted to be a reoccurring customer at a local business but will not be returning. Perhaps they should invest in a more reliable product for transactions?
Great experience at this store. Needed a last minute gift - they had plenty of toys in stock in the category I was looking for! And prices at or better than big box stores. Friendly staff, great communication and free gift wrap! I will be back.
Wow what a great experience! I got basically all of my shopping done in one stop in one morning. The kind associate wrapped all 20 of my items for FREE and didn’t seem frazzled as she juggled me and multiple other customers gracefully. This saved me a ton of time and stress as I’m terrible at wrapping gifts, I wanted to hug her. She made an effort to connect with each person who walked in. The toy selection wasn’t overwhelming but it was complete. Well worth the trip downtown!
