Friendly staff. They didn't take log to get my order that place with them. They also do some RC repairs I didn't ask them to what extent but I noticed them helping a young man with his four-wheel drive basher that he was having issues with. Overall friendly staff very polite and helpful.
I have bought several RC trucks and crawlers here. I am 70 years old, and I have difficulty troubleshooting and repairing my mini fleet of RC vehicles. The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I trust them to do all repairs for me. Also, the shop rate for repairs is more than fair! For me, it's a long drive to Post Falls, but well worth the trip. I do plenty of reviews, and a 5-star rating must be earned! Thank you, In Control Hobbies!
Well when you get assaulted by one of their employees I highly recommend not taking your kids there anymore. The best part about being assaulted was catching them in one more lie and the back injury. I have literally gave them 10 lies to rectify. None of which they even want to recognize. Oh I got used rc cover in exchange for the new one I purchased that was for the incorrect vehicle there lie. And after I bought paint 2 cans and the wrong shell. And the batteries that got them so mad. Well here are the pics in there Parking lot while the police were serving a charge for assault. This is there charging that they said was within .02 from each other and them telling me I need to buy a new charger. BRING YOUR OWN BATTERY TESTER. CAUSE THEY LIED. oh after saying they would replace it while I was being assaulted. Then they only supply one receipt so I can not return both of them to spectrum sooooo very conveniently
