Kemo Sabe Aspen

Disappointed by Service I came to Kemosabe Aspen yesterday with my friend, but the experience was very disappointing. We came in looking around for 10 minutes, completely ignored by the staff. No one greeted us, said hello, or even acknowledged that we were there. Even though it’s so slow. We ended up walking out — not because of the products, but because of how poorly we were treated. When you’re planning to make a serious purchase, the least you expect is basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here, and it really ruined what could’ve been a great experience.

The hats are incredible quality, the store is legendary, but the service is truly what keeps one coming back. I had some issues with my hat but Britt worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy in the end and was a professional when it came to her customer service throughout the whole ordeal. She has impeccable taste so you can trust that you are in good hands with Britt :)

Omg the best store experience in my life! I have made my own hat, got new belt and some gifts for friends and family. Super cool service and store design. If you’re in Aspen, MUST visit!
